Escuelas PÃas Parking
If you come by car, the main door of our Hotel has loading and unloading. Then you can park your car in the Escuelas PÃas car park, located in Plaza Ponce de León, 200m from the Hotel. Our reception team will explain how to get there.
The price for this service is €25/day. Customers who make their reservation through the web have a discount of €4.
At check out I requested the discount voucher at reception that you can exchange when paying in the parking lot.

Lost or forgotten items are kept at the establishment for a period of 6 months with a reference to the accommodation and departure date, so that the client can claim them. Once the deadline has passed, the guest will not have the right to make any claim.
To retrieve their forgotten item, the guest can:
-Pick it up personally at the hotel.
-Messenger Service.
In both cases, the expenses generated by both travel and shipping will be borne by the guest.
